i like... {Elena's 1st b'day party}

We had a belated 1st birthday party for Elena last weekend, and hence the silence on the blog since my first post. Oh, and plus doing some blog customisation. As mentioned previously, planning for the birthday was the catalyst in having this blog up. So, I'd like to share my inspiration/eye candy/wishful thinking and how it actually turned out. I'd say probably around 60-70% of what I had in mind was actually executed due to lack of sources, time and capabilities. But, I enjoyed going through the process and here's hoping that more opportunities will come so that I can get a bit more creative. So, here's a sneak preview of the party!

I wanted my little darling's name to be the first words to be posted on my blog. In searching for ideas for Elena's 1st birthday party, I came across so much eye candy on sites on parties, crafts, inspiration boards, mummy blogs, etc that have led me to start this blog. I realised that I could use this medium as an outlet for all my eye candy!! Whilst this would be mainly for my own personal therapy, I hope those that stumbled upon my blog would like my eye candy.
